These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Carrier Pilot (the “Service”), operated by Legacy Realm LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Carrier Pilot is an AI-powered decision-support tool for licensed insurance agents. It surfaces carrier and product information to help you identify potential underwriting paths. It is informational and decision-support only — not insurance, financial, legal, or underwriting advice, and it does not guarantee any coverage, rate, approval, or outcome. Final underwriting decisions rest solely with the insurance carrier. Always verify information directly with the carrier before relying on it.
You must be at least 18 and a licensed insurance professional (or otherwise authorized) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service offers a free allowance and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
Do not misuse the Service, including: violating any law or carrier agreement; reselling or sharing your account; scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the Service; or submitting another person's sensitive information without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You are the licensed professional. You are solely responsible for the advice you give clients, the products you recommend, and compliance with all applicable laws and carrier rules. The Service's outputs may be incomplete or out of date and must be independently verified.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Realm LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost business, commissions, or placements, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time.
