This Privacy Policy explains what Carrier Pilot (the “Service”), operated by Legacy Realm LLC, collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account info: your email address (and name if you sign in with Google).
Usage data: the number of cases you run, your plan, and basic app activity used to enforce limits and improve the Service.
Content you enter: the questions and client scenarios you type or speak to get a recommendation. Avoid entering more personal client detail than necessary; do not enter full Social Security numbers or similar identifiers.
Payment info: handled by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, generate recommendations, meter and bill usage, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only as needed with providers that run the Service:

Supabase — accounts & database.
Vercel — hosting.
Stripe — payments.
Anthropic & OpenAI — to generate AI text and voice from the prompts you submit. Your prompts are sent to these providers to produce a response.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and usage data while your account is active. Delete your account or email us to have your data removed, subject to any records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

6. Your choices

You can update your email, manage your subscription, or sign out from your account. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Use a strong password and keep it private.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
